How do I care for my nails during and after shellac nails?

Do not try to buff or scrape the polish off as this could damage your nails as well as the cuticles. Therefore, other than visiting a salon for safe removal, we suggest you buy a cuticle oil to give your nails and cuticles all the care and nurturing they deserve.

How long do shellac nail polishes last?

The usual time that a shellac manicure would last is about two weeks. But if you take proper care of your nails, this polish can last for as long as a month. However, just like gel nails, after about two weeks, you could start noticing gaps between the polish and your cuticles. This is because of your natural nail growth cycle and will require you to get a touch-up done in case you want to wear the same colour for a longer time.
